Riverside Mission Inn – 17th Annual Festival of Lights
Different portions of the Inn will be decorated according to varying themes including a Spanish patio, nutcracker, Victorian, Santa's workshop and more. For more information, go to the Festival of Lights website at the Mission Inn.

In addition to exhibits of culture and natural history relating to the inland Southern California and the southwest, visitors can enjoy special exhibits on display.
On Nov. 1, the museum will hold an Invention Fun workshop as part of its Family Fun Days program from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. sponsored by First 5 San Bernardino.
Inlandia Institute's screening of "Living on the Dime".

"Living on the Dime" by Robert Gonzales Vasquez is about the I 10 Freeway and its impact on the communities and people who live along it .

Theories are up for discussion & the hosts share their idea of who the killer was, but the focus is firmly on the 22-year-old woman whose death continues to fascinate. Shock & Awe - Art History Group Show

In the Gatov galleries the Art History group show features works selected based on the Art History seminar, "Shock and Awe: The Sublime Meets the Abject in Contemporary Art." Chrstina Alegria's exhibition in the Merlino Gallery explores the work of art as objects and its evolution from the wunderkammer to the conceptual.

California Citrus State Historic Park

This park preserves some of the rapidly vanishing cultural landscape of the citrus industry and to tell the story of this industry's role in the history and development of California. The park recaptures the time when "Citrus was King" in California, recognizing the importance of the citrus industry in southern California.
The design of the park is reminiscent of a 1900s city park, complete with an activity center, interpretive structure, amphitheater, picnic area, and demonstration groves. The land contained within the park still continues to produce high-quality fruits.Hours: Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

O.C. Archives Open House

The Orange County Archives is holding a special Saturday open house. Staff will be on hand to answer questions about local history, offer tours, and assist with research. Upstairs, the Old Courthouse Museum will also be open and offering tours, as will the Dr. Howe-Waffle House and Medical Museum next door.
Experience Native American Storytelling

Marc Acuna will lead a Native American storytelling as part of the Museum of History and Art of Ontario's current exhibit, "Sing Me Your Story, Dance Me Home: Art and Poetry From Native California."
Participants in the event can also create Native-inspired musical instruments and use them in Native song and dances led by Barbara Drake. Reservations are required.

The Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace is a family attraction located at the birthplace of America’s 37th President. Situated on nine hillside acres, visitors enjoy a rare glimpse into the events, the people and the world which shaped and were shaped by Richard Nixon, America’s 37th President.
Permanent exhibition highlights include a portion of the Berlin Wall, a replica of the White House Lincoln Sitting
Room, a breathtaking display of dresses and gowns worn by the First Lady and daughters Tricia Nixon Cox and Julie Nixon Eisenhower, and a section on Watergate.
The museum grounds include the First Lady’s Rose Gardens a large reflecting pool and the small frame house, built with his own hands by the President’s father, in which Richard Nixon was born on January 9, 1913. Located near the birthplace is the gravesite of the President and his First Lady.
The Library includes the Annenberg Court entrance pavilion and reception center, a full-size replica of the White House East Room, a 4,100 square foot special exhibit gallery, a large hall for private events, and conference facilities, offices and archive storage space.
The Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace will enter the National Archives system of presidential libraries later this year, at which point it will become the federal Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum.
